WOLVES SUMMIT - BEST QUALITY NETWORKING CONFERENCE

“During Wolves Summit’s matchmaking we met two partners from Altamira which is our newest investor. We signed the deal last week.”

- Konrad Szczukiewicz, CBO ShelfWise

“I got here for literally two hours today and during these two hours I was able to do more than I would be doing for instance in two months by emails and phones.”

- Oskar Kiwic, CEO CardioCube

It comes as no surprise that if you ask organizers about their event, they will only speak in superlatives. This is why this post opens with opinions from our participants - Wolves Summit was created for them, to support innovation, spread investment opportunities and provide a platform for relevant networking. We feel highly privileged to be able to say that in the past 3 years, we have helped almost 12500 of them, assuring relevant business connections between angel investors, startups and executives. All in name of innovation.

What is Wolves Summit and who is it for?

Wolves Summit is an international conference dedicated to innovation in technology that takes networking to another level. If you are looking for relevant decision-makers, time-effectiveness and suitable connections, this event is for you. Having struggled with finding proper people that invest in startups ourselves, we understand the importance of creating valuable connections in scaling up businesses. Wolves Summit is a place where innovation meets capital providing game-changers with an access to decision-makers who are needed for further development of their business.

During previous editions, we have gathered:
  • 67 countries
  • 1465 investors
  • 2441 startups
  • 2540 executives
  • 13946 participants

for whom we have organized  21967 1:1 meetings (scheduled basing on their given criteria)

In addition to the significant 1:1 meetings, we provide startups with an opportunity to take part in Great Pitch Contest that boosts visibility of the brand (pitching in front of key investors and executives) and rewards finalists with prizes crucial for their further development in the form of cash prizes, special prizes from partners, qualifications to prestigious mentoring programs, and media packages.

The conference that took networking to another level

“I think the most important and unique factor of Wolves Summit is 1:1 meetings. If you calculate cost per meeting, it is the best value for money you can find.”

- Eliav Alaluf, Founding Partner Follow [the] Seed Capital

It is crucial for us to provide our participants with a valuable and effective experience, focusing on best quality networking in form of 1:1 meetings. We bring top players among decision-makers whose business strategies include investing in startups and supporting innovation. Understanding the startup ecosystem, last year we decided to make Wolves Summit free for startups to give equal chances to everyone, despite their financial possibilities. Thanks to that decision, we can assure higher diversity of the participants.

What’s the Wolves Summit matchmaking like?

  1. Provided Matchmaking tool consists of relevant criteria and requirements from both; investors/corporations and startups, the system calculates %Match between companies to assure relevance of the 1:1 meeting
  2. One meeting lasts for 15 minutes, to encourage time-effective, short and valuable meetings
  3. Meetings can be pre-scheduled even 2 weeks before the conference to maximize conference experience
  4. Provided Matchmaking tool allows the participants to communicate and shows them the exact place for meeting
  5. Providing precise data regarding the participants, the tool helps to save plenty of time looking for relevant people to meet with

Our networking brings real value, during the last edition of Wolves Summit alone, we have organized 4677
well-matched meetings for which we prepared 3 areas adding up to over 1200 sqm of space filled with tables.

There’s no real limit for the number of scheduled meetings, some of our participants attended even 40 meetings in two days of the conference. Average meeting rating during the last edition was 4,3/5.

During previous editions, we have helped hundreds of startups get to relevant investors and corporations. Some of the successful startups from previous editions include Swipestox (currently Naga Group), Autenti, Tespack, Bin-E. Thanks to participation in the conference, they got needed momentum that was crucial for further development.

14Peaks Raises $30 Million To Back Fintech And The Future Of Work

14Peaks’ inaugural fund has closed with $30 million raised from a combination of family offices and high-net-worth individuals. Edoardo Ermotti, the founder of this Swiss venture capital firm, sought to recruit a relatively tight circle of limited partners – a select group with relevant experience and contacts for portfolio companies as well as capital to offer. Although the fund has only formally closed this month, Ermotti has been raising money since 2022, when 14Peaks was launched, and has already added 11 companies to the portfolio. The fund’s focus is on business-to-business software providers in two verticals – financial technology (fintech) and the future of work. Early investments include a stake in Rain, the US fintech which works with employers to offer staff advances on salary for hours they have already worked, and Threatfabric, a Dutch cybersecurity specialist. https://www.forbes.com/sites/davidprosser/2024/04/23/14peaks-raises-30-million-to-back-fintech-and-the-future-of-work/?sh=456b0cc592b8
