It is crucial for us to provide our participants with a valuable and effective experience, focusing on best quality networking in form of 1:1 meetings. Understanding the startup ecosystem, last year we decided to make Wolves Summit free for startups to give equal chances to everyone, despite their financial possibilities. What’s the Wolves Summit matchmaking like?
- Provided Matchmaking tool consists of relevant criteria and requirements from both; investors/corporations and startups, the system calculates %Match between companies to assure relevance of the 1:1 meeting
- One meeting lasts for 15 minutes, to encourage time-effective, short and valuable meetings
- Meetings can be pre-scheduled even 2 weeks before the conference to maximize conference experience
- Provided Matchmaking tool allows the participants to communicate and shows them the exact place for meeting
- Providing precise data regarding the participants, the tool helps to save plenty of time looking for relevant people to meet with
Our networking brings real value, during the last edition of Wolves Summit alone, we have organized 4677
well-matched meetings for which we prepared 3 areas adding up to over 1200 sqm of space filled with tables.
There’s no real limit for the number of scheduled meetings, some of our participants attended even 40 meetings in two days of the conference. Average meeting rating during the last edition was 4,3/5.
During previous editions, we have helped hundreds of startups get to relevant investors and corporations. Some of the successful startups from previous editions include Swipestox (currently Naga Group), Autenti, Tespack, Bin-E. Thanks to participation in the conference, they got needed momentum that was crucial for further development.
