The upcoming 6th edition of an international conference, Wolves Summit, is focusing on startups and young tech companies. The event, founded in Poland less than 3 years ago, is already perceived as as one of the most important meetings for startups, investors, and corporations in Europe.

The 5th edition of one of the largest startup conferences in the CEE region has come to an end. Wolves Summit, which took place in Warsaw’s Palace of Culture and Science on 28-29th March 2017, gathered 1920 business and tech representatives from 51 countries around the world.

Maciej Balsewicz, after his career both in one of the top consulting firms and one of the biggest asset management companies in the world, pursued his entrepreneurship path. Now he leads a top-notch fund (bValue) based on private capital, backed by one of the top angel investors in the CEE region: Rafał Brzoska, Tomasz Misiak, Marian Owerko.

Jacek Dzięcielak is well-known in the digital industry and earned his reputation as a persistent CEO that brings results in every venture he handles. He led Havas Media from an unknown brand to one of the top digital agencies in the region.

Kinga Stanisławska has great experience in all investment areas: investment banking, private equity and venture capital industry. It helps her grow one of the most prominent venture capitals (Experior Venture Fund) in the CEE region. Personally, she says that she has just started and really likes to work with early stage companies and startup founders.

Piotr Piasek, the co-founder of Wolves Summit, talks with Barbara Sobowska, Harvard Law School graduate about her business and deal experience. Barbara left her growing career in the biggest firms and decided to pursue her own path working closely with startups and investors.
