Volunteer at the next Wolves Summit on October 20-21, 2022 at weXelerate, Vienna, Austria and join our volunteer network with 750+ young talents who already learned and got the skills necessary to kick off their career journey!

Please apply if:

You're at least 18 years old.
You're available for both days of the conference (20-21st October) and the organizational meeting one day before (19th October).

Please note that we do not provide accommodation or cover travel costs if you're coming from another city/country.

When applying to volunteer at Wolves Summit, you can choose exactly how you’d like to help us based on your skills, interests and plans for the future.

There are 6 volunteer teams in the 6 main areas where we need help:

Info Team [informing and helping out our attendees]
IT Team [technical help with registration, ticketing, and matchmaking platforms]
Registration Team [registering attendees at the reception]
Parties Team [helping the team in practical arrangements during the evening parties]
Venue Team [helping oversee all the things at the venue during the event]
Stages Team [helping with running the program on stage]

Being a volunteer at Wolves Summit is a very valuable experience, which I highly recommend! Apart from personal development by practicing soft skills, spoken English and networking, you get to spend time with very creative and inspiring people.

It was eye-opening to learn how many wonderful projects are happening in our region. I had a great opportunity to talk with investors and startup owners to exchange points of view and to trust that I can become like them one day. I believe that life is about having good role models, and participating in Wolves Summit’s events surely provided me with it. I had a chance to be offered an internship and finally a full-time position with Wolves. My keys for success were determination and commitment.

Being a volunteer at Wolves Summit taught me a lot and broadened my connections. I experienced many unforgettable moments, I met extremely inspiring people, and I learned the ins and outs of organising such large projects.
