HOW TO ACCESS TO HOPIN.TO?

To join Wolves Summit online monthly event, you won’t be requested to set up any accounts, we will do it for you.

You will receive an email from the Hopin.to platform coming from no-reply@hopin.com which will look similar to this: 

Click the “Join Event” button to proceed and join the Wolves Summit event. You will then be redirected to another webpage that will open in a separate window of your browser. There will be a welcome message and a request to cross the checkbox to comply with GDPR regulations.

After clicking the “Continue” button you will be redirected to the main view of the Wolves Summit Live event called Reception. In the Reception section you will see the overview of the whole online event, the Main Stage, the Pitching Sessions and Schedule. 

On the right side you will see Chat available for all users as well as the list of participants that have joined the conference.

On the left side you can see the navigation bar that will enable you switching between different areas of the online Conference, including the Main Stage, the Pitching Sessions and the Virtual Expo with booths. 

STAGE

In this section you are able to view and listen to presentations, keynotes and panel sessions during the two days of the conference. The Agenda of the day is available in the Reception section at Hopin.to, right below the partners' logos.

SESSIONS

In this section you can listen to the Pitching Contest Semi Finals Sessions as well as join the round table discussions and workshops. Each Session reflects industry slots that match the pitching contest schedule. Under the name of the Session you’ll be able to see the startup company names presenting in each slot. You can join the Sessions as a viewer and switch between startup presentations and the Main Stage easily. 

VIRTUAL EXPO

When visiting our partners booths in the Virtual Expo you can:

• watch video materials prepared by our partners
• watch their own broadcast from the booth or ask questions directly (face to face, like at a real stand!)
• use the special offer that partner will include in their virtual booth especially for the Wolves Summit Live Attendees
• you will also be able to meet us at the Wolves Summit booth to ask questions and get to know more about us, our Account Manager will be there to help you

NETWORKING

The Networking part is only enabled if there is a red notification with Live word next to the icon. Networking can be turned on and off during the event and proper communication via chat or from the MC will let you know when to enter there.
