Helsinki-based employee engagement startup Teamspective has raised €900K in pre-seed funding
led by angel investors, including Sammeli Sammalkorpi, CEO and Co-founder of Sievo.
The
funding, which also received support from Business Finland, will be used to develop Teamspective’s network- and relationship-aware engagement solution and expand their commercial team in Finland and the US. Teamspective focuses on optimizing organizational health, communications, and team performance by visualizing communication and decision flows within employee networks. Their AI-powered analysis ensures every employee’s voice is heard, enabling more people-centric organizational decisions and employee autonomy.
