Having a background in gender studies and a master in innovation management, Viktoria is currently combining those two fields at Female Founders, Europe’s fastest growing community of entrepreneurial women. As Head of Content, she is taking care of the program and experience management of Female Founder's conferences and event series, reaching female founders all over Europe. Additionally she is also in charge of in-house innovation and Gender Consulting projects. Viktoria is passionate about creating meaningful experiences, design thinking and connecting with people sharing the mission of creating a more inclusive and equal future.

Amelia Suda, Head of Accelerator, Lead F, Female Founders

Amelia has over 8+ years of growth marketing experience across the US and Europe. She moved to Vienna in 2018, and has worked for multiple startups in growing their marketing teams. Her passion has also been developing her team's strengths and personal growth. In 2021, she had the opportunity to turn this passion into a full-time role as head of Lead F, Female Founders' 3 month leadership accelerator program for women.
