Please note, you can no longer make changes to your startup application once this has been submitted. Your application will be under review and our team will be in touch shortly after to share our feedback and discuss your participation in Wolves Summit.
Online participation is free of charge if your startup application is accepted. In person participation is paid and the tickets are limited. Please contact our sales team to secure your in-person pass by completing this form.
Startups can also apply for free for a chance to get selected to pitch in the Great Pitch Contest held on the 6th (semi-finals) and 7th of October (finals) in Warsaw in the Palace of Culture. Please note, selected startups will be required to own an in-person pass to be eligible to pitch.
We treat networking very seriously at Wolves Summit. We draw the attention of the right people so that they can meet in one place and save time. We’re working on tools and use your feedback to do it even more efficiently. 1:1 meetings play a special role. There have been 31638of them since the first edition.
As a qualified startup, you will be given access to the Matchmaking Tool. The Tool lets you schedule virtual and on-site meetings with participants before the conference. All the attendees will be provided with more detailed instruction regarding how to connect and meet online or in-person via email.
Matchmaking Tool is an application available exclusively for startups, investors and corporates and executives. This is the exquisite networking platform used for matchmaking you with people according to your profiles and setting up speed dates with them. You can also use different filters and request meetings with all Wolves Summit VIPs.
316381:1 meetings took place thanks to the application so far. You will get access to the tool 2 weeks before the conference. The application is available until the end of the conference.
The Great Pitch Contest is a challenge for Startups participating in Wolves Summit. Each edition we select 40-50 tech game changers to present their ideas, solutions and businesses in front of investors, corporations and other attendees. It’s a great opportunity to boost the company’s reach, gain media exposure and attract new business partners.

Firstly, you need to go through a qualification phase. Each startup applying for Wolves Summit that stated the willingness to participate in the Great Pitch is also applying for the pitching challenge. The complete information about your startup, which you gave us, will help us decide whether you made it to the conference. During the recruitment process, you can provide a link to your video pitch or a presentation.
After receiving an invitation to join and confirming your attendance, out of all confirmed startups we’ll choose and inform the qualified startups about the participation in the Great Pitch 2 weeks before the conference.

You will be informed about the time of your pitch prior to the event. All semi-final pitches will take place on 6th October 2020.
The Great Pitch Contest will take place in the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw. There are two stages - Startup Stage and Main Stage. The Great Pitch Contest will take place on the Startup stage according to the schedule previously sent to startups by email. Please note: you will have 3 minutes to pitch and 4 minutes to answer the Jury’s questions.
Selected startups will be required to own an in-person pass to be eligible to pitch.
No. Only 50 selected startups and scaleups will be given a chance to pitch in the Great Pitch challenge. All qualified startups, however, can participate in matchmaking and meet investors and corporations.
Each startup’s presentation in the Great Pitch consists of two parts:
Presentation - max 3 minutes
Questions from the jury - 4 minutes
Yes, two people may present their startup on stage, however, you must let us know prior to the event.
During the application process, we’ll ask you to attach a sales deck/pitch deck. Participating investors and corporations get access to it. It doesn’t have to be a presentation you’ll want to use during the Great Pitch Contest. Treat them separately. If your startup’s qualified for the challenge, we’ll ask you to send your presentation. Failing to deliver it on time means you’ll have to make your presentation without it.
PowerPoint and PDF formats are accepted.
A jury of investors and industry experts will evaluate each pitch. The evaluation will be based on your team, product, its potential, the competence of your team and investment readiness.
