HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

STARTUPS

I WANT TO PARTICIPATE AS A STARTUP. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you would like to participate as a startup, please check out the ticket options here. There are on-site (in Vienna) and online (in Hopin) options available. All ticket types give you access to the event and matchmaking app, and there are additional benefits available.

I HAVE TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH THE APPLICATION FORM / MATCHMAKING / BUYING A TICKET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If there are any technical issues with your matchmaking account, application form, or tickets, please contact us at cs@wolvessummit.com

You can direct all other questions about participating as a startup to startups@wolvessummit.com.

We will communicate all the important information to the email address you used in the application for the ticket/Great Pitch Contest. We strongly encourage you to put your business email address (with your company name as a domain, i.e. not a Gmail one) as a point of contact for us. This way, it will be easier for our Startup team to resolve any arising issues if there will be some. Please note that it’s not possible to change your email address to a different one once you submit it to us. All the communication from the Wolves Team will be coming to the email address you submitted initially.

CAN MY CO-FOUNDER/COLLEAGUE PITCH WITH ME?

You can present your project together with your colleague/co-founder only in the offline pitching. You need to let us know about it a maximum of 7 days prior to the pitching competition. You can do it by sending an email with the request to startups@wolvessummit.com.

WHAT ARE THE RULES OF THE STARTUP SHOWCASE?

At the Startup Showcase, as a pitching startup, you will have 7 minutes to present your project and 3 minutes for questions and feedback from the Mentors.

If you don’t join (or connect) on time for your pitching slot, you will lose your place, and we will have to reassign it to someone else.

WHO IS THE MENTORS?

The Mentors consist of experienced investors from VCs from Europe and beyond, C-level executives from the biggest corporations in Europe and the US, and representatives from the biggest startup communities from all over the world. The Jury is different for each pitching slot, usually, it’s 3-4 members.

WHAT ARE THE PRIZES FOR PITCHING STARTUPS?

Information about the Awards can be found here.
