The ultimate 5th Wolves checklist

As you know, the 5th edition of Wolves Summit is on 28-29th March 2017. We want to give you a bunch of useful information so you won’t get lost. Take them into account and prepare!

Business cards
Whether you are a startup, an investor or executive - remember to take enough (or even more than enough, you never know how famous you may become) business cards. Check, if they contain the most useful information about you and/or your company: names, e-mails, telephone numbers, address etc.

Matchmaking tool
Set your preferences and schedule 1:1 meetings before the conference begins. Use our networking tool. Connect with international startups, investors, executives and people who can become your business partners.

Location
The conference takes in the Palace of Culture and Science (Pałac Kultury i Nauki),
plac Defilad 1, in the centre of Warsaw, Poland.
The main entrance is located vis-a-vis Marszałkowska street. Take a look at the map:

Transport
You can reach the Palace on foot from The Main Train station (Dworzec Centralny). It’s a 5-minute walk.

Networking Party
20:00, Tuesday 28th March - Level27 Club, Millenium Plaza, Al.Jerozolimskie 123a.
Network on the dancefloor among all the attendees and enjoy the view from the 27th floor in the heart of Warsaw.
You can also take a walk there:

Charging stations
What is the worst thing, that could happen to a networking wolf during the Wolves Summit conference? The answer is simple - dead battery.
We know that it’s better to be safe than sorry and therefore there are some charging stations providing electricity to your devices.

Wolves Summit mobile app
Download the official Wolves Summit application to chat with participants and check the agenda.
Head to Google Play or iTunes to get your application. Search for “Wolves Summit”. You can register using the same email address the conference ticket was sent to. If you used our app during the previous edition, log in with the same email and password.

Check the agenda
Make sure you don’t miss any panel or speech! It would be such a loss. Check the agenda one more time (and even one more) in order to make your stay at Wolves Summit as efficient as possible. Speeches, panels, speed dates - it is all important. Take a look at your schedule and check the Wolves Summit official app to stay updated.

See you at the event!
